If you have downloaded all skin updates, but only one is shown inside the
program, you most probably did a small mistake.
When the skins are shown in the update list, there is one named
"Skins: 1st needed". In the description you will see that this one should be
downloaded before all the other ones, because it prepares the program to accept
skins.
If you downloaded them all at once, this preparation wouldn't have taken place,
and the skins were downloaded, but not installed.
Now to install them, you need to do a little bit of manual labour. Open an
Explorer window and go to the Spybot-S&D folder (typically in C:\Program
files\Spybot - Search & Destroy 1.1). It will have some sub-folders, along
them Skins and Updates.
The Updates folder will contain some skins.*.zip files that you should
extract into the Skins folder. After that, start Spybot-S&D again and it
will show you the skins :)
